How do I place an order?

​​Simply click on the 'add to cart' button displayed on each products description page. When you have finished shopping click the 'Cart' tab located at the top right of the menu bar and proceed to checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We can accept returns within 14 days from receipt of your order. The item/s should be returned to us in original unopened condition. Where item/s are not as described we shall cover the return postage fees. Your refund will be processed within 1 working day from receipt of the returned item and refunded via your method of payment.

 

Payment

​We can accept payment via PayPal or Credit/Debit card via PayPal. Once processed your order will be shipped within 1 working day to your PayPal registered address.

 

Postage Options

 

We include Economy postage on all orders dispatched to the UK Mainland (regardless of weight), and on all orders weighing less than 1.8kg to anywhere in the UK for FREE. You can upgrade the postage service to an Express service by purchasing the appropriate product in our shop.

 

Courier Surcharges

 

For delivery to UK Islands, Northern Island or Scottish Highlands of an order exceeding 1.8kg in weight there is a courier surcharge of £7.69. Please add this manually by purchasing the 'Surcharge' product in the gallery of our shop. There are no surcharges on items weighing less than 1.8kg to anywhere in the UK as we can send via Royal Mail as opposed to via courier.
